**Terms and Conditions for Freedom Forward Coaching**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

 

By engaging in life coaching services with Freedom Forward Coaching, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

**2. Scope of Services**

 

Freedom Forward Coaching provides life coaching services to support clients in achieving personal development and life goals. Coaching sessions are designed to facilitate personal insights and progress through structured conversation and exercises.

 

**3. Client Commitment**

 

Clients agree to actively participate in the coaching process, be open to feedback, and complete any tasks agreed upon between sessions to maximize the benefits of the coaching. Clients acknowledge that coaching does not constitute therapy or professional counseling.

 

**4. Confidentiality**

 

All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

**5. Booking and Scheduling**

 

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance via our booking system. Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. An account with a unique login and password must be created by the client in order to schedule an appointment. 

 

**6. Fees and Payment**

 

Clients agree to pay the fee stipulated at the time of booking or at the time indicated on the invoice as agreed to by both parties. Approved payment methods are listed on the invoice and/or the website product. Sessions must be paid in full prior to commencement unless otherwise arranged.

 

**7. Cancellation Policy**

 

Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions require at least 24 hours' notice. Any session canceled within this period may result in a forfeit of the session. Freedom Forward coaching will make an effort to accommodate rescheduling but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

 

**8. Refund Policy**(review)

 

Once a session has been conducted, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon. We may offer partial or full refunds for package deals or other purchased products in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion. Furthermore, if the customer has done the assigned work and attended the scheduled sessions and is not satisfied with the results, Freedom Forward Coaching will refund up to 100% of the price paid, at our discretion. Lack of participation of client will not be cause for a refund.

 

**9. Limitation of Liability**

 

Freedom Forward shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the coaching process. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.

 

**10. Intellectual Property**

 

Any materials provided in connection with our services, including but not limited to handouts, guides, or digital content, remain the intellectual property of Freedom Forward Coaching. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing these materials without permission.

 

**11. No Guarantees**

 

While we aim to facilitate positive outcomes, achieving specific results from coaching depends on the client's active participation. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results.

 

**12. Code of Conduct**

 

Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive attitude during coaching sessions. Breaches of conduct may result in terminated sessions without refund.

 

**13. Termination of Services**

 

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with appropriate notice of 48 hours before the next scheduled session. Refunds for pre-paid but unused sessions will be at the discretion of Freedom Forward Coaching.

 

**14. Governing Law**

 

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Tennessee courts.

 

**15. Amendments to Terms**

 

Freedom Forward Coaching reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of changes via email, and continued use of services implies acceptance of new terms.
